Vivian is a lifelong St. Louisan and a proud Florissant resident for many years, I am deeply invested in our community and, most importantly, in the future of our children. My journey as an advocate for quality education spans over a decade, and my commitment to improving outcomes for every child in the Ferguson-Florissant School District has never wavered.
What sets me apart in this race is simple: I am a mother first, not a politician looking for the next opportunity. My youngest child still has nearly a decade left in this school system, and that keeps me grounded, focused, and personally invested in making decisions that will impact all of our children today and in the years to come.
Over the years, I’ve worked tirelessly to create positive change. Whether serving on the Parent-Teacher Group (PTG) or contributing to numerous special committees, I have made it my mission to listen, collaborate, and advocate for solutions that benefit our students, teachers, and families. I believe every child deserves the tools and resources they need to succeed, no matter their background.
While others may point out the challenges in our school system, I choose to see opportunities. Opportunities to empower our educators, inspire our students, and strengthen the bond between schools and the community. I believe in fostering innovation, transparency, and equity in our district, so that all children yours and mine can thrive.
This election is about putting children first. It’s about ensuring that the decisions we make are driven by what’s best for them not political ambitions. I want to continue being a voice for parents, teachers, and students in our district because I understand the issues we face firsthand, and I am committed to working together to create a brighter future.
I humbly ask for your support as we work to build a stronger, more successful Ferguson-Florissant School District. Together, we can seize the opportunities before us and make our schools a place where every child has the chance to reach their fullest potential.
I have been actively involved as long as I have been living in th e school district. I have been a leader of the PTO's, youth sports, fundraising and special committees, I am passionate about making our School District a better place for our children, teachers and administration.
I can count on the dedication of this community. There is always room for improvement, and I know I can support our district in the areas we are struggling. I will improve the quality or our children's education while creating an atmosphere where teachers don't feel limited, while being supported by the administration.
Get involved. Help me win this election so I can get to work! Handing out flyers, phone banks, and donations are all great ways to help, but I also want to hear from you! Together, I believe we can find the solutions so our district can improve. Please, reach out and get involved!
